Before he held titles like app developer or business owner, Juaquan made a name for himself as the creator of his first comic book, "The Scarlet Knight: Defender of the Block.” He spent four years working on the project which combines the classic, heart-thumping action of comic books with meaningful lessons about experiences Juaquan had growing up in Kansas City. After finishing “The Scarlet Knight,” Jauquan began looking for vendor opportunities to sell the book. He quickly learned the vendor booking process was messy and inefficient. That’s when he had the idea for Venboo: an app dedicated to helping vendors connect with opportunities to sell their products. In 2019, he made his idea a reality. Juaquan sees Venboo as a way to help passionate small business owners find their path to success.
